Work on community level – Since 2007 been worked in over 50 villages across western Balkans

Work for Public and Community benefit – during last  10 years in frame of our office I start the program called free consultancy program that enable different people to ask for free support in different issues. With this approach over 50 projects in rural communities are realized and local people/NGS/Communities/Municipalities fundraised over 500.000,00 euro

Voluntary work – I regularly attend different environmental actions for cleaning, making artificial  fish nests, delivering food for wild animals during strong winters additionally I was volunteer in team for rescues on water  – now that team is professionalized

Problem-solving attitude- My personal attitude is that if problem merge it should be fixed immediately and any delay increase the problem

Living and working  in multicultural and multiethnic  environments – As quarter  Hungarian, quarter Serbian, quarter Macedonian  and Quarter Russian and with friends from all cultures and nationalities multiculturalism is essential part and light motive of my life
